Bubeck is an associate in the Kansas City office and advises clients on federal and state telemarketing laws and First Amendment issues. In particular, Bubeck provides counsel regarding telemarketing registrations, do-not-call issues and other consumer protection issues.
She has defended companies in a variety of class and individual actions including claims alleging violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) and unauthorized call recording under California’s Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA).
Bubeck also advises nonprofit clients on the formation, structuring and qualification of tax-exempt organizations. She publishes a column for the firm website regarding developments in telemarketing and related areas of law.

Bubeck is the Treasurer of the Lawyers Association of Kansas City, Young Lawyers Section, and the current President of the Northwestern University Alumni Club of Kansas City. She also helps plan the annual Media & the Law Seminar as part of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association Media Law Committee.
